We offer a concierge real estate service tailored to Canadians, that we wished we had! As a result of our success in helping Canadians navigate the U.S real estate market, we've launched The Real Estate Bridge International Certification Program™
The International Real Estate Bridge Certification™ allows real estate professionals to partner with us, to feel confident as the go-to for their Canadian clients and to receive enhanced payouts from the customized marketing we provide them with weekly!
This exclusive program enables Canadian Real Estate professionals to work with us, learn about the U.S financing available to their clients, simplifying what would be complex, then become certified with us. We assist Canadian Realtors and Mortgage brokers in earning substantial referral fees on the optimal U.S financing that is offered exclusively through The Real Estate Bridge.
Once certified, our marketing team creates marketing material for our Canadian Real Estate partners to distribute across their social media, email, and all of the outlets which they reach their database. This marketing material is completely customized to their brand (we use their image, logo, pantone colors - *colours if you're Canadian*) and we distribute one social media post weekly, as well as a monthly newsletter to use to showcase their new access to their database.
Our marketing material is geared specifically to Canadians and includes new development projects that Canadians will find of interest in, financing programs, market data, ways to leverage real estate as an investment to obtain a Visa, and beyond!
Canadians cannot get licensed to trade U.S financing, nor can they get licensed as Realtors in Florida, which is our most sought-after territory.
