Module 2: Tasting Through the Flight
Practice Makes Perfect! Get Your Glasses and Wines Ready—It's Time to Do Some Tasting!
In this module we have broken down our tastings into three lessons.
🔸 You'll start with beginner basics and overview of essential tasting tools and techniques, diving into an in-depth tasting of a refreshing Sonoma County Chardonnay to sharpen your sensory evaluation skills as we experience the power of the 7-S Technique.
🔸 Then we'll explore the nuances of an Anderson Valley Pinot Noir as you deepen your understanding of your new-found tasting technique and appreciation for this exquisite varietal.
🔸 Finally, experience a Dry Creek Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, confidently applying and perfecting your refined skills.
By the end of this module, you'll feel more comfortable tasting and picking out the nuances in wine, and ready to tackle any opportunity to share your enhanced wine expertise.
